1. Terms of Service

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.

By placing an order via our website (https://motoparts24.com/),  you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

2. Our Contract and Conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with WOSS GmbH. Setting of the products in the online shop we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract on this article. The contract is concluded, by accepting the offer of the goods in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting the order you will receive confirmation by email once again.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. motoparts24.com retains the right to accept or reject this order before processing the order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us, the prices have been verified, and the order hast been processed and dispatched. A second email will be sent confirming these arrangements.

A binding contract can come also already previously as follows:

• If you have chosen credit card payment, the contract comes off at the time of the credit card burden.

•If you have selected the payment method PayPal, the contract comes off at the time of the confirmation of the payment to PayPal.

•If you have selected the payment SOFORT Banking, the contract comes off at the time of the confirmation of the payment order to Sofort AG.

3. Shipping costs

Additionally to the indicated product prices, shipping costs are added. More about height of the shipping can be found out at our offering.

4. Payment

The following methods of payment are available in our shop:

Advance payment bill

When you select of the method of payment in advance, we will call you our bank details in the confirmation of order and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Credit card

The charge to your credit card when completing the purchase.

Paypal

You can also pay the invoice amount via online provider PayPal. You have to withhold a register account legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment to us (Exception are guest access). Furthermore information will be received during the ordering process.

SOFORT Banking

We also offer direct banking.. This accelerates the entire order process. By providing the following given details of account number , bank code, personal identification number and transaction number is required. About the secure payment form, which cannot be accessible for merchants, Sofort AG will automate direct banking and provides a transfer in real time from your online bank account. The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to the bank account of the merchant. Choice of payment direct banking opens a forward form at the end of the order process. This already includes our bank details. Furthermore, transfer amount and reason for payment will be already shown in form. You must now select the country, where you have your online banking account and enter the bank code. Then enter the same data, such as when registering for online banking (account number and personal identification number). Confirm your order by entering the TAN. Immediately you will receive confirmed the transaction. Basically, every internet user can use the bank transfer as payment if he has an unlocked online banking account using PIN/TAN process. Please keep in mind that SOFORT-Banking is not yet available at a few banks. 5. Pick-up

We only deliver in the shipping route. A pickup of the goods is not possible.

6. Packing station

We do not deliver to packing stations.

7. Reservation of proprietary rights

The goods remain our property up to the complete payment.

8. Contract text storage

The text of the Treaty is not stored by us.

9. Language of the contract

Language for the conclusion of the contract is available in German.

Cancellation and Revocation

Right of revocation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, have taken the goods in possession or has.

You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is however not required.

The revocation period it is sufficient that you submit the notice of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline.

Consequences of revocation

Order may be canceled at any time before they are prepared by our teams, simply visit your account and follow the steps for full refund. If the items has already been dispatched then please see our returns policy.

By contract cancellation we have got all payments that we have received from you including the delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from this that you have chosen a different type of delivery as offered by us, best standard delivery), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day to pay back, on which the communication is received your revocation of this agreement with us. We use the same means of payment you have used in the original transaction for this redemption, unless you otherwise agreed expressly; in any case you be charged fees because of this repayment. We may refuse refund until we have received back the goods again or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, depending on which is the earlier date.

You have the goods promptly and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us the revocation of this agreement, be returned to us or to pass. The deadline is respected, if you send the goods before the expiration of the period of fourteen days. We bear the costs of returning the goods. You must only come for a possible loss in value of the goods if this loss in value on one to test the texture, due to unnecessary handling you properties and functioning of the goods.

You  are entitled to return as per Consumer Law. You have the right to cancel your order and return your item within the quoted time frame. Please notify us through your account by clicking the return link of your intention to return your items by following the steps provided.
